About Us
Our Board of Directors have all survived trauma in our lives, we have a lot in common and we wanted to funnel our experiences into helping others with their own recoveries.
Our first idea was to have at least one day a month where we offer free services to people who have survived domestic violence, violent crime, and other forms of trauma in their lives through a partnered medical spa. We wanted to offer as many services for free as we possibly could.

So, we started researching and found several groups and organizations that offer a multitude of services to people just like us, but none offered aesthetic services for survivors of trauma and violence. From there we reached out and let those groups know what we are trying to accomplish, and we asked for referrals of people who they believed would benefit from our services; those that would normally be unable to afford them. Botox, fillers, micro-needling, and laser skin resurfacing (frequently used for scar reduction) aren’t cheap; and most people just coming out of trauma need to focus all their financial resources elsewhere, just to get re-established.
We wanted to help peoples’ physical reflections more accurately reflect the healing they’ve gone through internally. This is how Reflect Recovery got started making an impact in people’s lives.
